We specialize in luxury bathroom renovations.

While we primarily focus on bathroom remodels, we also offer custom home  renovations (i.e. Kitchens, Basements, etc) if our customers are interested.

We understand that these types of projects are invasive and disruptive to your home life.  With children and family around, we make it our top priority to keep the jobsite clean, safe, and isolated from the rest of your home to minimize dust and debris.  We use zip wall systems to block off the job site, as well as cardboard floor protection paper on your floors and carpets.

We strive to offer a competitive price without compromising our quality, premium materials, and expert craftsmanship.  We do offer discounts up to $2,000 off depending on the choice of package and scope of work.

Renovation timelines fluctuate depending on size, scope, and permitting.  Our standard Silver Package remodel takes approximately 2-3.5 weeks.

We are a General Contracting company, which requires bringing in trained and licensed professionals in order to give you the best product and service possible.  We contract out our plumbing and electrical work to vetted and reliable subcontractors who we use exclusively on all of our projects.

All of our tile and fixtures are listed on allowance sheets which are provided to our customers once a contract has been signed.  These allowances fluctuate depending on which package our customer chooses.

On our Silver and Platinum Packages, we offer a Full Warranty on all of our work.  We offer a 2 year warranty on all of our labor on the project.

We understand the value of your time and pride ourselves in showing up when we say we will.  We aim to complete our work in 2-3 weeks; effective time management of the utmost importance to us.  We will ensure that the job is moving as efficiently as possible.

Waterproofing is the most important portion of the remodel process, ensuring everything is watertight before any tile is laid.  We utilize state of the art waterproofing systems to ensure our bathrooms will never leak, produce mold, water damage, or other problems that may compromise the structural integrity of your home in the future.  Our bathrooms are built to last a lifetime.

We source most of our vanities from local suppliers, but also purchase from reputable online suppliers such as West Elm and Wayfair, depending on the scope of the project and customer preferences.

We source our fixtures from various suppliers like Furgeson, FW Webb, & Floor & Decor.

We use multiple forms of lead generation, as well as organic marketing and referrals.

For a consultation fee, we have an interior designer available to design your dream bathroom with you.

Building codes are standard throughout the state, with minor fluctuations from town to town.  We have a good relationship with the local building inspectors across the North Shore to ensure things are done properly.

Yes, we operate under an unrestricted General Contracting license. We are fully insured.

Our quotes are provided to you within 48 hours.

We use a 40-40-20 payment schedule.  An initial deposit of 40% of the total job cost is required at signing of the contract.  After 50% of the job has been completed, another 40% payment is required.  The final 20% of the total job cost is billed upon completion of the project.
